You can use this Virtual Acupressure Session as often as you’d like to boost your immune system and balance your whole body.
Some helpful tips before you start:
1. Wear either loose fitting pants or shorts so we can access some points below the knee.
2. We will be touching our faces a little bit, so be sure to thoroughly wash your hands right before we get started.
